1) Shipping prices
We use standard postal shipping cost. We ship from Sweden in Europe.
2) Delivery time
We have almost everything in stock at all times. Your products usually ship within one business day after payment. Should an item be out of stock and shipping time be much delayed we will contact you.
3) Regrett your purchase
Should you regrett your purchase, you have 14 days to return the merchandize. The product must be unused and not opened. We return the price for the product(s), shipping prices is not returned. If you which to regrett your purchase, email us for info. Please include order number in your message.
4) Products faults
If your product contains a fabrication error you have 14 days to notify us. We will replace your product with a new one. You have to return the product with the fabrication error first. For new product due to fabrication error, please email us for more info. Please include order number in your message.
6) Personal information
When you shop with us your personal information is stored in our database. This information is under no circumstances shared with anyone. When you have completed a purchase with us you agree to receive future news letters via email. You can easily sign out of these malings at any time. |
